Eyebright is cherished, all the more so, due to recent growth. 

 

As the district develops, so too does the appetite  for nature, beautiful gardens, and a rural experience.

On arriving at the Eyebright property, visitors become unaware of the activity beyond it's boundaries. 

 

Though the land across the road has been subdivided and is now in houses, the zoning on the Eyebright side of the road ensures that housing will not occur. 

 

It is zoned as 'transitional light industrial',  meaning no houses, and modest rates for as long as Eyebright remains an oasis.
