Veggie & Tuna Bake

You’ll Need Baking Paper.

Veggies:

                Carrots (two medium sized)

                Kumera (one medium sized)

                Potato (one medium sized)

                Pumpkin (two cups diced)

                                Dice up all the vegies into small pieces

                                Put on baking paper on a baking tray.

                                Bake at 180 C for 35 minutes

Add to Veggies:

                Leggos Tuna Bake (500g jar)

                Tuna: Basil&Tomato (   g tin)

                Salt (one teaspoon)

                Chilli Flakes (one teaspoon)

Top With:

                Panko Bread Crumbs (a layer about 6mm deep)

                Salt (half a teaspoon)

                Grated Cheese (enough to cover the bread crumbs)

                Olive Oil (to moisten the bread crumbs) (two tablespoons)

                               

                                Cover and place in the oven (180 C) for 20 minutes.

                                Uncover and bake (180 C) for a further 15 minutes.
