Jun is a low alcohol alternative to beer or cider, and is absolutely new to New Zealand. There are only a few producers in the United States, but it has been made in Tibet for over 1000 years. Our New Zealand Jun is brewed at the facilities at the Golden Bear Brewery in Mapua. It is unique because it is made with honey from bees that forage on honey dew from our beach forests. It is full of minerals, vitamins, amino acids and rich carbon compounds.
